Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, even if the product has been gently used. To start a return, please email us within 30 days of your purchase at support@doctorrogers.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our customer service team will send you instructions on how to return your product. You will be responsible for purchasing a return shipping label at the carrier of your choice. After your return is initiated, we ask that you ship the product back to us within 7 days.

Once we receive your returned product(s), please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after processing. Please note that original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
